证券时报e公司讯，宜安科技(300328)5月16日晚间公告，5月16日，东莞市清溪镇人民政府和宜安科技经友好协商，签署了《宜安科技液态金属项目投资协议》，公司拟在清溪镇长山头村工业区以自有或自筹资金投资宜安科技液态金属项目，投资总额为3.8亿元。项目建设工期为24个月，宜安科技必须在2023年1月1日前动工建设，2025年1月1日竣工。
