据央视新闻客户端，欧盟理事会当地时间6月3日发布公告称，欧盟新一轮对俄制裁涉及65名个人和18个实体，包括军方、政界、媒体和商界人士等，以及俄罗斯国家结算存管局等机构和公司。

公告称，欧盟现已对1158名俄个人和98个实体实施制裁，措施包括资产冻结、旅行禁令等。
