三言财经 5月14日消息，日前，蔚来公布了新加坡交易所第二次上市补充文件，并披露公司最新财务信息。文件显示，截至2022年2月28日，蔚来拥有现金及现金等价物、受限制现金及短期投资合计526.5亿元。

文件还披露了蔚来的最新股权架构，截至2021年12月31日，蔚来汽车创始人李斌持股为10.5%，有44.5%的投票权；腾讯持股为9.8%，有5.6%的投票权；Baillie Gifford & Co持股为5.3%，有3.3%的投票权。
